This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Top Prospect Service and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to business customers only (see Terms of Service, Section 1); it is not a consumer withdrawal-rights policy.
1. Free Tier
The Free Tier involves no payment and is not subject to this policy.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, including where Customer does not fully use its monthly token allowance. Customer may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and Customer retains access until then.
3. Annual Subscriptions
First-time annual subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase, provided token usage during that period does not exceed 5% of the plan’s monthly token allowance (a nominal evaluation threshold). This is a one-time evaluation window and does not apply to renewals.
Beyond the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, including on early cancellation or downgrade; Customer will retain access through the end of the paid annual term.
4. Renewals
Both monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees already charged upon renewal are non-refundable, subject to Section 3 not applying to renewals. We recommend Customer configures renewal reminders where available in the dashboard.
5. Token Top-Up Packs
Token top-up purchases are non-refundable once completed, regardless of whether the purchased tokens are subsequently used. Unused top-up tokens do not expire for as long as the underlying subscription remains active.
6. Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, we will consider a pro-rated refund where:
(a) the Service was unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours due to a cause within our control, and Customer notifies us within 30 days of the outage; or
(b) required by applicable mandatory law.
7. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be sent to support@topprospect.net with the account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
8. Chargebacks
Customer agrees to contact us to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with its bank or card issuer. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of the account pending resolution.
